Learn the fundamentals behind the postures so that you can modify them according to your needs or accessibility.
Build strength and stability safely by progressively adding resistance or load at a pace suitable for you.
Increase the range of movement at your joints so that you can move fully and freely, as your body was designed.
Develop more efficient movement patterns by uncovering "blind spots" that could be keeping you stuck. Regain the trust of your body's own intelligence by increasing your kinesthetic awareness or "felt" sense of being.

I work with individuals remotely over Zoom, or in my home studio.
Group Classes
I teach at Dragonfly Yoga on Tuesdays at 9am and HYO on Wednesday morning at 9am.
Online
I work remotely with individuals using platforms like Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom.
