Teaching yoga privately to individuals is my absolute FAVORITE thing to do! I love the dynamic of 1x1 instruction because it's designed to give you exactly what you want and/or need.
Private lessons afford you the time, space, and attention necessary to explore your movement potential, to identify weak or blind spots, and to progress safely at your own pace. Maybe you want to nail a handstand, or maybe you want to get up and down off of the floor without using your hands for support? Whatever your goal may be, I'm here to help you get there. I bring thousands of hours of teaching experience to the table in service of helping YOU reach your movement goals. I'd love to help you develop a personal practice that is as radically unique as you are! |
