The Core Canister: Finding Strength from the Inside Out

Your core is so much more than your abs—it’s the deep, intelligent center that supports how you move, breathe, and feel in your body.

​In this 3-hour immersive workshop, we’ll explore the core canister—the integrated inner system made up of your diaphragm, pelvic floor, deep abdominals, and spinal stabilizers. Through mindful movement, breath exploration, and embodied anatomy, you’ll experience how this inner system works together with your outer (extrinsic) core to create strength that feels supportive rather than restrictive.

Together, we’ll explore how your core:
  • Supports and stabilizes your spine
  • Shapes and responds to your breath
  • Coordinates movement between your rib cage and pelvis
  • Creates power and ease in transitions, balance, and daily movement
