YOGA IN THE GARDEN with yoga instructor, Melissa Shalongo, E-RYT 500, RCYT, YACEP. A Halloween themed yoga session surely to ease you into your Black Crow, Screeching Cat, Witch on a Broom, Dead Bug, Half Moon and Corpse poses. It will be a ghoulish time! Bring your own magic mat, and join us afterwards for Mummy Mimosas and light BITES! Costumes encouraged! Namaste witches!!
